I can’t seem to write anymore. As much as I want to nowadays, nothing ever comes out. I miss it, really. I want to go back to Koi so I can start playing open mics again. This hiatus needs to end now.

S: ...............ok, they were REALLY difficult to unbutton.

Funny how I finished A Walk To Remember in one sitting. Stayed up until 2am this morning finishing it. What’s funnier (and weird) is how in every significant part in the book, my reading playlist decides to play a song from the movie soundtrack. Yes, universe. You know how to tug upon my heart strings.
What’s even funnier is that I’m slowly getting into reading. Who would have thought? I fathomed reading. I really did. It hurt my eyes, my imagination would stray away, and I could never imagine myself sitting in one spot for hours on end reading a 300 paged, small font collection of words I don’t even understand.
For laying in my bed for almost 7 hours straight reading a fictional love story, I must say that it was something I barely experience. I finally found myself at peace with the fact, and most importantly, myself. For the first time in a long time.
